I would like to share my first experience with Cranney.  I was away for the weekend this past winter and my team contacted me with an emergency – our community did not have heat.  This was an immediate crisis as my community cares for seniors.  Therefore, in order to address the situation I called the company that agreed to remain on call for all of our emergencies.  I left many messages and did not receive a response.   At this point,  I remembered a truck I saw on my way to work that said “Cranney Companies”.   I gave your company a call and you were available to send over a highly skilled technician by the name Vicente.  He not only worked many hours to complete the job, but more importantly gave me a great sense of security and relief that our community was in good hands.  He kept in contact with me the whole time and until the crisis was resolved.

Since that first call I have invited your company back to Sunrise at Gardner Park to perform many more task like replacing VAV’s, installing condensers, replacing sewer lines, and most recently replacing our 90 ton chiller (the size of a trailer) without damaging the barn built around and over it.
